Housing

  • Dorm rooms = $15 per night, per person. No linens provided.
  • Guest Rooms = $20 per night, per person. No linens provided.

Fee Sheet

  • $100 Security Deposit/Clean Fee must be paid up front for groups larger than 10.
  • $50 Security Deposit/Clean Fee must be paid up front for of 10 and smaller.
  • Everything must be paid up front.

Kelly Hall

  • Dorm rooms = $15 per night, per person No linens provided.
  • Guest Rooms w/bathroom (111, 116, 210, 211, 310, 311) = $20 per night, per person No linens provided.
  • Apartments w/one bedroom and bathroom (115 & 117) = $45 per night up to 2 guests (additional guest $15 per person, per night) No linens provided.
  • Apartment w/two bedrooms and bathroom (114) = $60 per night up to 3 guests (additional guest $15 per person, per night) No linens provided.
  • Apartment w/three bedrooms and two bathrooms (MA6) = $75 per night up to 4 guests (additional guest $15 per person, per night) No linens provided.
  • Missing or Lost Room Key $15.00
  • Missing or Lost Access Card $20.00
  • Damage or Excessive Cleaning Loss of Deposit, Additional Fees possible NOTE: Children 17 and under staying with their parents in same room/apartment are free.

Food Services

  • Breakfast and Lunch $7.00 per meal, per person
  • Snack Option Twice Daily $2.00 per person, per day
  • $50.00 Cleaning Fee: Tables must be clean, room vaccumed, fridge cleaned out, and all trash taken to the dump at the Physical Plant.

Family Life Center

  • No Charge for FLCC
  • Conference Room and Kitchen $25 per day, if used.

Chapel

  • Chapel Usage $50 per day
  • Sound Tech $25 per day (if using CCBBC equipment)
