Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, Missions and Evangelism Track
The Bachelor of Arts in Ministry – Missions and Evangelism Track prepares students called by God to serve in ministries that emphasize missions/evangelism, disciple-making, outreach, and advancing the gospel through the local church, the association, and mission opportunities. The program provides a strong foundation in biblical and theological studies while developing practical skills necessary to communicate the gospel effectively, engage individuals and communities with the message of Christ at home and on the mission field, disciple new believers, and equip others for evangelistic and mission ministry.
This track launches Fall 2027.

Student Learning Outcomes
1. Demonstrate biblical knowledge of the content and major themes of the Old and New Testaments.
2. Articulate and apply Christian theology from a biblical perspective.
3. Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of people and minister to those needs from a biblical perspective.
4. Communicate effectively in ministry settings through written, oral, teaching, and/or preaching contexts.
5. Demonstrate effective Christian leadership within the ministries and programs of the local church.
6. Interpret and communicate Scripture accurately by employing appropriate hermeneutical principles, organizing biblical content, and developing appropriate applications.
7. Apply administrative and leadership principles in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating local church ministries.
Evangelism Track Student Learning Outcomes
1. Articulate and communicate the biblical gospel clearly in personal, congregational, and community contexts.
2. Apply biblical principles and practical methods of evangelism to engage individuals from differing backgrounds and life situations.
3. Develop and implement an evangelism and outreach strategy appropriate for a local church or ministry context.
4. Disciple new believers and equip church members for evangelism, demonstrating the relationship between evangelism, discipleship, and the mission of the local church.
