About Retreat Housing

Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in one of our Minister’s Retreat Houses. Nestled on Clear Creek Baptist Bible College’s beautifully wooded campus, the Minister’s Retreat Housing offers a quiet, restful place for you to be refreshed and renewed in your walk with Christ. As this retreat is designed to offer a serene and rejuvenating experience, we intentionally do not offer WIFI connectivity to encourage our guests to disconnect and fully immerse themselves in the beautiful surroundings. Availability is year-round except for Campus Breaks: Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break.

Cost

The Minister’s Retreat Housing is at no cost to you. Staying in the housing is free. You will need to supply your own food.

General Info

Arrival Time

You may arrive after 2:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date, but you must arrive before the offices close at 4:00 PM. You may arrive any day from Monday to Friday. When you arrive you will pick up the key to your retreat house and your visitor’s parking tag from the Development Office in the Administrative Building.

Departure Time

You must check out by 10:00 AM on your set departure date. You check out in the Development Office by returning your key and visitor’s parking pass to a member of the Development Team. If there are no Development Team members in the office you may return your key and visitor’s parking pass into the box on the wall by the College Relations Office in the Administrative Building. Make sure that all of the kitchen items are washed and stored properly before you leave, and that your trash is taken to the dumpsters by the Physical Plant. Before you leave make sure that the beds are stripped down and the sheets are put in the washer and dryer. When you leave the house make sure that you lock the doors.

  • Wash all kitchen items and store in their proper place
  • Dispose of any food from the fridge
  • Take out all trash to the dumpsters at the Physical Plant
  • Check drawers for personal items
  • Turn off all lights
  • Lock the doors

Clear Creek Baptist Bible College is a tobacco and alcohol free campus. Thank you for not smoking or using any tobacco or alcohol on the school premises.

Pet Policy

Clear Creek is a pet free campus to students and guests. There are no pets allowed in any of our buildings on campus.

Towels

Clear Creek provides bath and kitchen towels for guests. If you need more towels, you may call us at (606)337-3196, ext. 105 or 101.

Kitchen

There is a full kitchen in the minister’s retreat houses. This includes an oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You will need to bring your own food, coffee, and any other supplies that you feel you will need during your stay at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College.
