Student services provides a wealth of resources and services to students. It is our desire to see our students succeed in answering the call that God has placed on their lives. We are here to serve the Lord by serving our students. We offer services for all aspects of your life: we connect you to counseling, our health clinic, child care, inexpensive clothing, school supplies, and so much more. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please feel free to contact Josh Smith’s office.
Directed by Ryan Martin, our Family Life and Conference Center provides a family-friendly environment of recreation. We also host intramural sports leagues in flag football, volleyball, and basketball.
The Family Life and Conference Center (FLCC) provides a wholesome environment for recreation and Christian fellowship. It is a great place for a time of leisure and exercise for Clear Creek students and their families. The facility includes a full size gymnasium, an indoor heated pool, game room, weight room, and a snack area. The FLCC also offers a ceramics department and a nursery, on scheduled nights. A large conference room is available for meetings and campus groups. Throughout the year the Family Life Center schedules a variety of special events such as intramural leagues, retreats, campus cookouts, and women’s Bible study. A favorite event is the Fall Festival with many games and booths. During the summer several events and trips for the campus family are planned. The Family Life Center is available by reservation for off-campus church groups and birthday parties.
The Foxes’ Den is not the most noticeable building on campus, but it is a welcome gathering place for students. The Foxes’ Den serves students in more ways than one. All students, faculty, and staff mailboxes are housed here. It is not uncommon for students to open their mailboxes to find financial gifts, cards from home, or even scholarship award letters they did not expect to receive.
The free table is another source of joy in the Foxes’ Den. Think of it as sort of a swap-meet. You have items that are no longer of use to you, but they are still usable. So, you place them on the free table. Somewhere along the line, someone who needs it will come along and take it. It is common to go to the free table to place something, only to find yourself returning with items you found useful. Often times, off-campus friends of Clear Creek will donate items such as books, food, and toiletries which they place on the free table.
The Foxes’ Den is also an area for rest and conversation between classes. It is equipped with tables, chairs, couches and a few vending machines. Whether you need a snack, a place to eat your lunch, or place to read your letter from home, you can do it in the Foxes’ Den.
Along with your education, we are concerned about your safety on our campus. Clear Creek employs security personnel. Our security personnel actively patrol the campus property at night, as a preventive measure. Our security personnel will also walk with you if you are alone and feel uncomfortable from place-to-place.
The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to publish data regarding violent crimes on campus. In addition, the school is required to update students of changes in the status of nearby sex offenders and other violent crime offenders in the area. Clear Creek fully complies with the requirements of the Clery Act for your protection.
You may find our Clery Act report for previous years by going to The Department of Education Campus Safety and Security Data Analysis Cutting Tool. From there, you can select “Get data for one school” and search for Clear Creek Baptist Bible College.
As difficult as it is to consider, we realize that even small schools like ours are not immune to some of the disasters that have stricken others. In order to keep you safe, and in compliance with government regulations, we have instituted an emergency response and notification system. In the event of an emergency, our OneCallNow system will contact you by phone, text, and/or email in order to notify you of any emergency situations that may arise on campus.
We know that many of our commuters travel long distances to attend classes at Clear Creek. That is why we use our OneCallNow system to notify you of school cancellations or delays, due to weather. Clear Creek is nestled in the mountains, which can make slippery winter travel treacherous. Of course, if we do not cancel school it only means that conditions near us are safe enough for travel. Your area may not be safe so you should exercise caution before attempting to travel to school.

The thrift store at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College is a great place to find quality clothing for pennies on the dollar – and sometimes free. Students have nick-named the thrift store “the Clear Creek Mall.” We are blessed at Clear Creek to receive many donations of clothing. All of these are taken to the mall, sorted, and made available.
We have clothing items in all sizes, from infant to adult. Students can find a complete outfit for under $2. We sell suits for 50 cents; adult shirts, pants, and shoes for 25 cents; and children’s clothing for 10 cents. All proceeds are given to the Agape Fund which benefits students in need.
The thrift store is open about 5 hours per week. Hours are posted in the Clear Creek Current.
The campus dining hall is located on the first floor in Kelly Hall. During the fall and spring semesters, breakfast and lunch meals are served Monday-Friday for students, faculty, staff, and guests. Meal plans are available for students at a reduced cost. Meals are served during the summer months when work groups or retreat groups are using the facilities. The dining hall is also used for special events such as Valentine Banquets, Women’s Ministry meetings and campus fellowships. It is available for rental use by the community as well.
We invest in the technology needed to provide you with a quality Biblical education in the context of today’s culture. It is our privilege to serve the campus community, and our online students, by providing technical support. If there is anything we can do to help you please do not hesitate to call.
Information Technology supports a full range of computing resources at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College. We focus on common services such as computer workstations, network services and telecommunications across the campus, and helping members of the Clear Creek community make effective use of information technology.
Kelly Hall is among our most notable buildings on campus. In addition to housing the single male residents and our commuting men, Kelly Hall also has rooms available for short-term rent.
Melzoni Alumni Hall houses families, single girls, and short-term rent guests. There are six three bedroom units capable of housing up to six girls per apartment, or a family of six. Currently, our Co-Directors of Student Life reside here, as well as a fully furnished apartment available to missionaries on furlough.
