The college has 91 housing units and 60 dorm rooms. Faculty and staff live in apartment buildings or in private homes on school property.

Kelly Hall
A large three-story stone and concrete building, contains A.H. Keith Memorial Apartments, dormitory rooms for single students and overnight commuters, and the campus dining hall. Kelly Hall is listed on the Kentucky Registry of Historic Buildings.

Alumni Hall
Currently being renovated to provide six (6) three bedroom apartments. These apartments will soon provide housing for families with children and also be available to single female students.

Bear Trail Cottages
Contain three (3) two bedroom houses, three (3) three bedroom houses, one (1) four bedroom house, and one (1) five bedroom house.

The Courts Apartments
Contain four (4) three bedroom apartments.

Harmony Heights
Has three (3) three-bedroom duplexes

Hemlock Heights
Contains six (6) one bedroom duplexes.

Holly Hill
Contains one (1) four-bedroom cottage, 15 two-bedroom cottages, and seven (7) three-bedroom cottages.

Moore Hall
Contains six (6) two bedroom apartments and two (2) four bedroom apartments.
